Wards Surveyors was originally formed in 1988 by Vernon Ward, and now is a general practice firm with a bias towards management. Our philosophy Too many flats are poorly managed. Many residents have little or no input into the management of their homes. The managing agents are faceless entities simply responsible for issuing invoices, are never seen on site and react slowly to problems. We find accounts when produced are rarely substantial. Meetings are only occasionally held even when a legal requirement. Our ethos is to work with residents to provide practical and effective management, where leaseholders can phone and speak to someone who has physical knowledge of the site, where meetings are held and accounts presented and discussed, with the service charge budget set in agreement with residents.
